PRIORITIES: Meditation is the Medication OF FOREVER for all.
Since December 1994 – Present (17 years 6 months)
Ann as a channel of the Aeon and Ra, guides us on the journey home to the heart where we all long to be 'once & for all'.
The heart is where each & every one of us, as spirit, began our life on earth, from where we speak the 'one language'’
The language of images.. no sound, silent clarity .. its all in the heart.
Using, in meditation, a breathing technique that creates the harmonic resonance necessary for the transformation of energy in our lives, we become aligned & naturally channel blue light or compassion, we, the rock that drops into the pond, are also the ripple that, spherically, ever expanding, touches & heals all in our wake.
Participating in a session means discovering your soul purpose as it is defined through a little numerology and palmistry, then slip home to question silently in your heart what you wish to attain clarity on
seeking given solutions to the current situations
All so far was Left Brain attention, then into Coherence with the Right Brain offering an Experiential solution.
Through a simple breathing practice and a glass of holy water blessed in ANN'S SACRED CIRCLE (medicine wheel) in the Garden, we then meditate one on one,
experientially letting go of & surrendering our life loads, all karmicly accumulated energies,
leaving us feeling lighter & unburdened, knowing a moment of perfection.
Then it is up to us to maintain, through regular meditation practice using simple breathing techniques given.
A Spiritual Bath or a Good Vacuum Cleaning is a good way to describe the experience.
A physical bath we do in general at least twice a day & is best accompanied by at least 2 spiritual baths or meditations daily.
Channelling blue light/ holy water/ compassion/ The Christ/ Shiva/ Krishna/ Buddha/ Kwan Im/ The intelligence/ Divine Love of the Universe/ Goddess works like this.
We wish to be a functional tool of God/Pure Consciousness on Earth, so lets see God as the source of all that is, a Tap.
We, a hose, simply link onto The Tap allowing the essence of all that is, God-essence/Goddess, to flow through us, to the dusty garden we call our world.
As we do this we, the hose, are flushed clean on the inside & we are given a beautiful vision of the clean fresh garden, its divine beauty & rather than complaining that we're being hurt by another (the rose) we see the rose for its delicate beauty & fragrance & wonder why we've been scrambling thru the brambles, hurting ourselves & also the lovely rose.
We take a broader view & honour the rose for its qualities, the durian no longer is our enemy bombing us as we move through the forest, but also a rich & fragrant flavour that we honour & enjoy, we recognize the result of the seeds of our own planting, (karma) and we take responsibility for it & transform it ..

Reading the TAROT, Living in the heart, conscious breathing, meditation with intention to heal, transformation of negativity into positivity, assisting all life attain christ consciousness, daily practice of 5 Tibetan rites of rejuvenation, 5 Indian yoga asanas, lots of laughter n joy, being always conscious of our immortality, that we are God within God, before only God
